This FREE Multisport event is for people with any type of disability to try new sports and make new friends in a safe, fun and inclusive environment.
Run by the Cerebral Palsy Sporting and Recreation Association, our aim is to encourage both sporting and recreational opportunities for people of all ages with cerebral palsy and associated conditions. We focus on enabling social inclusion and enjoyment through sport, whether it’s just for fun or to pursue sport at a competitive level.
While CPSARA supports people with Cerebral Palsy and Neurological Conditions, this day is open to all ages, disabilities and abilities. This day is a great opportunity to try sport for the first time or connect with your local sporting community.
For CPSARA members, this is an opportunity to enjoy a great day out with your fellow members - try a new sport, make new friends and support participants new to sport too!
